Hello, my name is Will Smith. I’m a researcher-practitioner at Plan International Australia working across the Indo-Pacific on climate change adaptation, rural livelihoods and environmental governance.
I currently leading Plan International Australia’s climate programming, translating evidence into practical strategies that improve equity and resilience outcomes throughout the region.
I’m the author of Mountains of Blame, published by the University of Washington Press, and a range of related scholarship on environmental governance, Indigenous livelihoods, and climate impacts. You access a full list of my publications here.
